Can I restore individual files or full systems?

Absolutely. We support granular restores (single emails or files) as well as full bare-metal or VM restores in a disaster.

Do you carry out DR tests?

Yes. For £10/server/month, for those using COVE server backup, we perform automatic DR testing, including bare-metal restores, VM boot tests, a screenshot of the powered-on server and email confirmation.

Do you offer a replication service for instant recovery?
